Not for patient care. The platform is not a medical device and must never be used as the basis for any decision affecting an individual patient or research subject.
Regulatory submissions remain your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring any content submitted to a regulatory authority is accurate, complete, compliant, and independently verified.
Acceptable use. You will not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to develop weapons, to submit data you are not authorized to disclose, or to reverse-engineer or identify the underlying models.
Billing. Access is provided on a subscription and/or usage-metered basis as described at signup. You authorize charges to your payment method for applicable fees.
Your data. Your confidential inputs are not used to train third-party models. Each organization's data is isolated. We retain data per the periods in the full policy and honor deletion requests subject to law.
Disclaimers & liability. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty. Liability is limited as set out in the full Terms.
Governing law. California law; disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, California.
